Zhangir Khan WKATU has been selected as one of the founding members of the Kazakhstan-U.S. University Consortium (KUUC) Partnership Program. The program aims to strengthen existing ties and foster new strategic partnerships between U.S. and Kazakhstan institutions by developing an innovative consortium and community of practice.
