Student administration

The Student Rectorate is an organization that represents the interests of students within the university and oversees their social, cultural, and public life. It helps improve the educational process by giving students a voice, organizing events, and establishing effective communication within the university community.

Goals and Objectives of the Student Rectorate:

– Ensuring the implementation and protection of students’ rights to participate in university governance, as well as supporting their social protection and adaptation

– Developing students’ self-governance skills and preparing them for responsible participation in society

– Forming civic culture, active citizenship, and supporting students’ social development, independence, and self-organization

– Promoting the development of personal and professional qualities

– Encouraging direct student participation in youth policy

The overall leadership of the Student Rectorate is carried out by the Student Rector.

Key Areas of Activity:

Academic Sector (Student Dean’s Office):

  Studies and analyzes the educational process, resolves conflicts between students and faculty, and organizes trainings and seminars on актуальные вопросы (current issues) in education.

Research Sector:

  Supports the development of students’ and master’s students’ research potential and promotes scientific activities.

Sports and Wellness Sector:

  Provides opportunities for participation in sports events, organizes competitions, and promotes a healthy lifestyle.

Event Organization Sector:

  Organizes university-wide events in institutes and student residences, coordinating and guiding student activities.

Volunteer Sector:

  Informs students about international, national, regional, and city-level programs and projects implemented at universities.

Labor Sector:

  Organizes work related to hygiene standards, cleanliness of academic buildings and dormitories, landscaping, and maintenance of university campus.

Creative Sector:

 Responsible for promotion, video and photo production, development of student projects and initiatives, and solving aesthetic and design-related tasks.

Student self-governance is aimed not only at participating in university management but also at organizing everyday student life. Regular meetings of university youth committees are held to discuss the student environment, plan activities, and coordinate events in institutes and student residences.
