The head of the shop Serikkaliev M. having demonstrated the principle of operation of the line of bakery products, bamboo cookies, corn sticks, they told about the technological process and methods of assessing the quality of products from the acceptance of raw materials to the receipt of finished products, about the automated control system of control units and controlled objects, and answered the questions of students.
