INFORMATION LETTER
On April 15, 2025, West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan will hold the XII INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE OF STUDENTS, MASTERS, AND DOCTORS «THE WAY TO SCIENCE – 2025»
We invite students, undergraduates, and postgraduates of universities to participate in the conference with reports.
To participate in the conference, you must submit an article prepared according to the requirements given in Appendix 3 from March to 4 April, 2025.

The working languages of the conference: Kazakh, Russian, English.
Participation in the conference and publication of the article in the electronic version of the collection is free.
Based on the results of the conference, it is planned to release a collection of abstracts in electronic form, which will be posted on the university website.
Forms of participation: full-time, correspondence.
All abstracts are checked for uniqueness in the by PLAGIARISM system; the level of originality must be at least 70%, otherwise, the work will not be accepted for publication.
Note: Articles translated using an automatic translator with numerous grammatical, spelling, and stylistic errors and not meeting the specified requirements will not be accepted for publication.
The authors are responsible for the correctness of the data given in the reference list, as well as for the accuracy of quotes, facts, and statistical data given in the manuscript.
Abstracts that do not meet the requirements or are sent later than the established deadlines will not be accepted for publication.
The organizing committee reserves the right to select and edit reports for participation in the conference.
Appendix 1
GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
Articles are accepted in the following areas:
1. Scientific priorities of modern veterinary medicine, animal husbandry and ecology
2. Innovations in mechanical engineering, construction, and petrochemical engineering
3. Current problems of food security, agronomy, and land resources
4. Innovative development of information technologies, education, economy and society: priorities and practice
5. New technologies in agricultural engineering, transport, electrical engineering and automation
Requirements for the materials provided:
1. The article must be formatted in strict accordance with GOST 7.5-98 “Journals, collections, information publications. Publishing design of published materials”
The sequence of elements of publishing materials is as follows:
– UDC index (by the indexing manual available in scientific libraries);
– information about the authors (last name, initials, academic degree, full name of the institution where the work was performed, indicating the city);
– title of the published material (in capital letters, bold, 12 point font, Times New Roman, Times New Roman KKEK, centered paragraph);
– abstract no more than 5 sentences (provided in the language of the text of the published material);
– keywords no more than 5 words;
– text of the article;
– reference list (by GOST 7.1-2003 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and Rules for Compilation” (no more than 12 titles), links are placed as they are mentioned in the text.
– summary of no more than 5 sentences (if the text of the article is in Kazakh, then the summary is in Russian and English, if the text is in English, then the summary is in Kazakh and Russian).
2. Materials are provided in electronic form, in the Word A4 editor with margins of 2.0 cm on all sides of the sheet, paragraph – 1.0, typeface Times New Roman, font size 12, single spacing.
3. Graphic material must be embedded in the text and executed in a graphics editor. Figure captions are provided indicating all symbols. Tables, numbered in order, must have headings (tables – no more than 3, figures – no more than 5).
4. The total volume of the manuscript, including annotations, summaries, and taking into account figures and tables, is no more than 5 pages.
5. The article must be signed by the first author (there are no more than 2 authors in the article). One author is allowed to publish no more than 1 article in a collection.
