The traditional event «Library night-2023» took place at Zhangir khan university on october 31.
The event, organized by the «Parasat» information and educational center at the university, is being held for the second year in a row. The guests of this evening were local historian, head of the «DANA» center Zhantas Safullin and traveler Temirlan Mukashev.
In his speech, vice-rector for educational and social work of the university Akylbek Sultanov noted that this traditional event is timed to the 60th anniversary of education and invited young people to take an active part. Director of the «Parasat» center Aigul Esenamanova, noting the importance of the event, gave a brief description of the work of the university library.
Further meetings with the guests of the evening were organized. In the coworking center Zhantas Safullin, who met with teachers and students, told about his life path, works in the field of the country’s history, local lore, and the Kazakh press. Such an interesting meeting continued in the next hall of the center with the traveler Temirlan Mukashev. A young West Kazakhstan blogger, popular among young people, told about his travels and answered questions from young people.
Then «Library night» continued with master classes from the studios «Laysan» and «Sunshine», a quest, board games, an intellectual game «Жүзден жүйрік, мыңнан тұлпар». The participants answered various educational questions and received prizes.
