The West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan hosts an event in the format of a workshop on the topic of the “Best practices of vocational guidance”.
The first meeting for professors of schools and colleges of the region was attended by Deputy Akim of the region Bakytzhan Narymbetov, Head of the Department of Education of West Kazakhstan Aigul Mynbayeva, Chairman of the board – rector of the Zhangir Khan University Askar Nametov.
In turn, deputy akim of the region Bakytzhan Narymbetov thanked the university for the organization of such an important event.
During the meeting, the chairman of the board – rector A.Nametov made a report on the importance of the university’s role in career guidance. Also, the vice-rector for educational work Nurken Gubashev acquainted with modern methods in the field of education of WKAU named after Zhangir Khan.
After that, the participants split into several teams and took part in sectional work. Various trainings and a trip to the university were also organized. In the workshop, which will last until the end of this week, professors will be covered in three stages.
