Students of the TPR-43 group of the Higher School “Technologies of food and processing Industries” conducted a practice-oriented lesson on the discipline “Technology of bakery production”. Together with the senior lecturer of the Higher School, PhD doctor G.Umirzakova, the guys visited the confectionery shop “Kazkon” of the Bakery Products plant №1.
The head of the workshop M. Serikkaliev familiarized with the general structure of production, demonstrated the principle of operation of the line of bakery, waffle, oatmeal cookies, breakfast cereals, noted the technological processes from the acceptance of raw materials to the receipt of finished products.
