Interesting lectures conducted representatives of the Zhilinsky University

From October 12 to November 7, professors Elena Zaitseva and Vitaly Levashenko, qualified specialists in the field of information technology of the university of Zilina (Slovakia), visited the higher school of «Information technology».

            They held a number of interesting lectures and seminars for students and undergraduates of the specialty «Information systems and technologies» and teachers of Higher schools.

            The professors shared their in-depth knowledge of information technology, covering important topics such as «Markov models for reliability analysis and risk assessment» and «Foundations of information theory and their use for knowledge acquisition. Decision Trees». The lectures were not only informative but also inspiring, generating interest and stimulating the learning process.

            The training workshop for young scientists deserves special attention. The participants noted that they gained a lot of valuable knowledge that will be useful in their future scientific and professional activities. The exchange of experience and discussions at the seminar contributed to professional growth and created a favorable environment for learning.

            Additionally, the professors conducted a 72-hour refresher course on «Reliability Analysis» and «Knowledge Extraction» for teachers. This course not only enriched the participants with new teaching methods and techniques, but also improved the quality of IT education.

            At the end of the program, all participants including undergraduates, graduate students, young scholars and teachers were awarded well-deserved certificates.
