Zhangir khan university scientists have won grants for the commercialization of RNTD.
The development of knowledge-intensive sectors of the economy and increasing their competitiveness cannot be solved without domestic science and the introduction of scientific results. Zhangir khan multidisciplinary WKATU is an innovation hub and makes a great contribution to the industrial and innovative development of the western region of Kazakhstan.
According to Gulshat Amangeldievna Ayesheva, head of the office of technology commercialization and business incubation WKATU has a developed scientific and innovative infrastructure with an effective system built «from idea generation to its commercialization». Thanks to the successful work of the technology commercialization and business incubation office, funds are attracted from various national and international sources, as well as research results are used. The university’s innovative projects and developments participate in various international exhibitions and presentations in China, the Czech Republic, the USA, Japan, Turkey, etc. Innovations have been and remain an integral and important part of the scientific, technological and educational activities of the university.
This year, as a result of fruitful cooperation with business partners, two university projects won the Competition of JSC “Science Foundation” for the commercialization of the results of scientific and scientific-technical activities (for 2025-2027). The total cost of the projects is 1,021. 96 million tenge, including co-financing – 324. 52 million tenge.
The first project on the topic: “Technology of deep processing of fish raw materials and reproduction of fish resources in natural reservoirs” and the second – “Technology of duck meat production by using the genetic potential of the Ansar cross”. These innovative projects are aimed at the introduction of innovative technologies and developments by teams of university scientists led by the head of the laboratory, Candidate of Agricultural Sciences Sariev Bekbol Tokesovich and acting Associate Professor, PhD Nugmanova Aruzhan Yerkinovna.
