On October 29, students of the TPR-41,42,43 group of the Higher School “Technologies of food and Processing industries” of the Agrotechnological Institute conducted practice-oriented classes (POS) on the subject “Special technologies of processing industries” in the form of a questionnaire of the population.
Students received answers to questionnaires from residents of Uralsk about the quality and level of consumption of bakery products. The first question about whether it is worth buying bakery products was answered 100% “yes”. And to the question “Does bread play a big role in your life?” the students replied that food would not be delicious without bread. People aged 25-40 years say that bread plays an important role in human life and is part of the daily diet.
In addition, according to the survey, the level of development of the bakery products market in Uralsk is high, 70% of the population of Bakery No. 1, Zhelaev Nan, Oral Nan consume bakery products and are not against expanding the range of new bakery products, and the population of the city likes to see something new.
During the survey, students collected the necessary information about the quality and level of consumption of bakery products in Uralsk.
