Today at the West Kazakhstan agrarian and technical university named after Zhangir khan held an international seminar-meeting on «Monitoring the problems of absorption and emission of greenhouse gases and decarbonization technologies».
Scientists from Ufa state petroleum technical university took part in the event together with Kazakhstan scientists. In his speech, chairman of the board-rector of Zhangir khan university Askar Nametov noted that the topic of the seminar was the situation at the global level, and noted that the general conclusion of scientists is the reason for solving many problems. During the seminar, scientists expressed their opinion on the study of climate change, expanding cooperation with scientific organizations in the field of the global problem of the development of decarbonization technologies, and joint research activities.
In general, scientists from the Zhangir khan West Kazakhstan agrarian technical university and the Russian Ufa state petroleum technical university are working together, strengthening scientific ties within the framework of the agreement between the two universities. In the afternoon, Russian scientists will get acquainted with the scientific laboratories, the educational and production center of ZKATU.
