Within the framework of the educational project “Recycling is a tool in the formation of ecological education of youth” and SDG 12 “Ensuring rational consumption and production models”, students of OP 6B05200 – “Industrial Ecology” of Zhangir Khan University, under the guidance of teachers of the higher school “Animal Husbandry and Bioresources” Gubasheva B.E., Kairgalieva G.Z. and Akkereeva E.K. together with the regional “EcoHab” and “Green Leader” visited the production of polymer-sanded tiles using different plastic bags, as well as the production of bricks at Altyn Alma Stroy LLP.
During the tour, Chief engineer N.I. Adelev told about the company’s activities, familiarized with the technology of processing plastic bags and the production of polymer-sanded tiles from them. The students had the opportunity to visually observe the production processes of bricks and tiles.
The meeting was organized with the support of the expert auditor of the State system of technical regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on environmental and energy management systems, head of the regional “EcoHab” – Elemesova M. N.
