Today the chief specialist of the Anti-corruption Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan Department in West Kazakhstan region Rinat Muratov visited our university.
At the meeting with the students, a representative of the department called on future professionals to prevent corruption.
– The principles of zero tolerance to corruption, honesty, integrity should already be formed in your consciousness. There is a lot of work on anti-corruption actions. One of them is -awareness work. If the cost of a bribe or a gift exceeds 2 times the minimum wage, this is a criminal offence. If this figure is lower, administrative liability is incurred. Not only the person who received the bribe, but also the person who gave it, can not evade responsibility, – said Rinat Ganimatovich.
They were also informed about statistics on corruption crimes that occurred in the region.
