On April 16, 2021, a round table was held on the walls of the Industrial and Technological Institute on the topic: “Prospects for the use of local raw materials for the development of drilling solutions for oil and gas.” Participants of the round table were 3rd year students of the specialty “Petroleum Case”, as well as a veteran of labor Oralneftegazgeologiya Dubik Zoya Nikolaevna, who has 30 years of experience as a drilling engineer.
The main idea of the conversation affected the topic of bentonite clay of the Pogodaevsky area. Which in terms of qualitative characteristics surpasses the average world values. Master Ospanov Aslan, who works as a supervisor in the Department of Completion of the Baker Hughes Company, took part in the meeting across the platform.
