LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

List of required documents:

application addressed to the Rector;

documents on higher and postgraduate education with appendices in 3 languages

— a copy of the certificate of passing the program test (if available):

• International English Language Tests System Academic (IELTS Academic), cutoff score of at least 5.0;
• Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program Internet-based Test (TOEFL IBT), cutoff score of at least 35;
• Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (TOEFL ITP), cutoff score of at least 417;
• TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication), cutoff score of at least 550;
• Duolingo English Test, cutoff score of at least 80;

If one of these certificates is available, the applicant is exempt from taking the entrance exam in a foreign language and is credited with the highest score on a 50-point rating scale;

— a personal personnel record sheet and a document confirming employment, signed.notarized (for those with work experience);

— a copy of the identity card;

— six 3×4 cm photos;

— medical certificate form 075-U;

-list of publications (if available – for master’s degree, required – for doctoral studies);

— justification of the planned dissertation research, agreed with the prospective scientific consultant (for doctoral studies);

— receipt of payment for CT testing.

The originals are submitted together with copies of the documents for verification. After verification, the originals are returned.
