In the discipline “Veterinary sanitary examination of animal products” for students of the group VS 31 on the topic “Rules of transportation and controls of meat and meat products”, a practical orientation lesson was held in the laboratory of veterinary sanitary examination of the market “El-Yrysy”. During the lesson, students got acquainted with the rules of meat transportation, documentation, including the rules for controlling the transportation of meat and meat products. Lesson was conducted by acting associate professor, candidate of veterinary science Nurgaliev B. E. Higher School of Veterinary Medicine and Biosecurity.
