YOUTH INITIATIVE DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Goal: To ensure the development of a competitive, highly cultured, secular, socially active, and morally responsible individual — a patriot of the country. The Center aims to shape youth as active members of society by developing their personal and social initiatives.

The Center also conducts systematic work aimed at developing leadership qualities among young people, increasing civic engagement, helping them find their place in society, and fostering social responsibility. It enhances youth contribution to societal development by creating opportunities for self-development, career guidance, and adaptation to modern requirements.

Responsibilities:

– Supporting the creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial potential of youth

– Participating in the organization of social and public projects

– Developing leadership skills and unity among young people

– Creating conditions for implementing personal initiatives, fostering independence and responsibility

– Strengthening cooperation among youth and promoting socially beneficial initiatives

– Promoting Kazakhstani patriotism among university staff and students

– Supporting and developing student initiatives, involving students in social, cultural, and sports activities

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE CENTER:

Conducting educational and developmental work in accordance with legal regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international and national quality standards, and the University Charter Preparing and approving documents related to educational work and monitoring their implementation

Reviewing reports and organizing educational activities carried out by deputy directors for educational work, academic advisors, and student organizations

– Monitoring the quality and implementation of educational plans and reports of institutes and student organizations

– Planning and organizing the work of the university council on educational affairs and councils on prevention of offenses and corruption

– Creating favorable conditions for students’ personal, spiritual, and moral development

– Organizing and improving educational work and promoting a healthy lifestyle
