A meeting on the topic “A Conscious Generation — the Key to a Safe Society” was held at Zhangir Khan University.
The event was attended by Maxot Zhanguzhiev, PhD in Philosophy and Senior Lecturer at the Center for Humanities and Sports Disciplines; Adilet Tileukulov, Police Major and Senior Operative of the Department for Countering Extremism of the WKO Police Department; and Muratkhan Nabigaliev, a theologian from the “Parasat” Public Association. During the meeting, the specialists shared useful information with students about public safety, the relationship between the state and religion, signs of radical ideologies and ways to prevent them, as well as legal literacy. A video containing important information on countering extremism and radicalism was also shown to students, and the speakers answered questions from the participants.
