Speaking at the meeting dedicated to the Constitution day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, vice-rector for educational and social work Akylbek Sultanov congratulated the teaching staff and students on this holiday and the beginning of the new academic year. Then, doctor of philosophy, professor Tlekzhan Ryskaliyev made a report «Конституция және адам болмысы» and focused on political reforms and changes being implemented in the country. Senior lecturer at the «Рухани жаңғыру» center, doctor of philosophy (PHD) Maksot Janguzhiyev told about the history of the formation and development of the main document, and the teacher Almas Telmanov informed about the nature and origin of constitutions in general. Senior lecturer, candidate of historical sciences Eskairat Khaidarov supplemented the reports of colleagues with additional information. The event was also attended by the chief specialist of the Ural city department of internal policy Alua Nurlanova, who expressed her opinion on the topic.
