An educational hour «We are against AIDS» was held at the higher school of «Informational technology» for students of groups IS-41, IS-42 and IS-43.
The event was attended by the head of the higher school Darkhan Zhaksybayev, and representatives of the regional center for combating HIV/AIDS, the head of the preventive department and epidemiologist Elvira Hafizova were also invited. The moderator of the meeting was a teacher, graduate student Yerlan Kubegenov.
The event became a platform for the exchange of important information on AIDS prevention, as well as for discussing issues related to the epidemiological situation in the region. During the meeting, the guests told the students in detail about the principles of AIDS prevention methods of preventing the disease and the importance of spreading information among young people. Elvira Hafizova provided the students with up-to-date statistics and information about the virus, as well as answered the questions of the participants.
