Students of the 3rd and 4th year of the educational program “Industrial Ecology” of Zhangir Khan University, under the guidance of teachers of the Higher School of “Animal Husbandry and Bioresources” Bibinur Gubasheva, Guldana Kairgalieva and Elmira Akkereeva, together with the regional EcoHab and Green Leader, visited the production facilities for processing food waste of Demtec Solutions LLP and GREEN SPARK LIMITED LLP in Aksai to get acquainted with the technology of green hydrogen production.
During the tour, the director of Demtec Solutions LLP, B. Seitzhanov, told about the company’s activities, familiarized with the technology of processing food waste and obtaining vermicompost from them. The students got acquainted with all stages of waste recycling.
At GREEN SPARK LIMITED LLP, Deputy General Director Michele Rinaldi spoke about the prospects of using green hydrogen. As part of a pilot project called FIRST MOLECULE Project, the first production of green hydrogen in Kazakhstan has been created.
The meeting was organized with the support of the expert auditor of the State system of technical regulation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on environmental and energy management systems, head of the regional “EcoHab” – Elemesova M.N.
