On March 17, the Industrial and Technological Institute hosted an intellectual game «I am a CHEMIST» dedicated to the 310th anniversary of the outstanding Russian chemist M. V. Lomonosov.
The intellectual game was organized by teachers of the «Oil, Gas and Chemical Engineering» higher school Sataeva S. S., Niyazbekova A. B., Nazarova D. S., Shakirov T. A., Karakulova U. S., Beimbetova A., Kairgazieva A. The event was attended by students of grades 9-11 №10, №20, №41, №50 secondary schools.
The event was started from brief information about chemist-scientist M.V. Lomonosov. The competition consists of 3 stages: “Quiz”, “Captains’ Contest”, “Chemical Race”. Students of the group HT-21 presented demonstration experiments to the participants of the competition.
At the end of the event, the head of the high school Khamzina B.E. awarded the winners with letters of thanks, diplomas and certificates. Excursions to high school laboratories were conducted for students.
