Students support healthy eating

On 19.11.2021, an event dedicated to the Day of Agricultural Workers was held at the Higher School of “Technologies of Food and Processing industries”. The teaching staff of the Higher School presented the scientific works of scientists and made a report at the conference “healthy nutrition: SMART products of the younger generation” master, teacher Sabyrova E. E. on the topic “the HACCP system and its role in the meat industry”.

An exhibition of healthy food products was held in the student circle “Foodtech” at the Higher School. At the exhibition, students-members of the circles of the PP-31,PB-31,TPR-31,PP-32,PB-31,TPR-43 groups presented to the guests a healthy diet consisting of 3 menu boxes: milk-based pancake with the addition of flaxseed flour and pumpkin puree, innovative cheesecake “Densaulyk”, made from cream, oat flakes and sea buckthorn fruits, bakery products from cereal flour gluten-free, sweets “Candies for life” from dried fruits, a tasting assessment was carried out according to organoleptic characteristics.
