On October 29, within the framework of practice-oriented classes in the discipline “Technology of fish and fish products” under the guidance of teacher B.N. Alizhanova, students of the CCI-41, 47 group of specialty “5B072700- Technology of food products” visited IP “Albetyarov E. K.”, where they received detailed information about the management of fisheries, methods of obtaining and producing fish products from the fish breeder Nurseitov Nurbek Musaevich. Students openly asked their questions and were interested in their future profession.
The students were familiarized with all the works carried out “behind the scenes” of the showcases of the branded fish store “Kos Ozen”: stocking, oxygen supply in winter under thick ice, nutritious feeding, fishing, sorting, freezing of products.
