On October 26 of this year, students of the TPR-43 group of the Higher School of Food and Processing Technologies conducted practice-oriented classes at Akkaynar KHP JSC on the discipline “Technology of pasta production”.
The head of the pasta production shop, N.S. Samigullaev, told about the process of pressing pasta, answered the students’ questions. In addition, the students got acquainted with the progress of work on determining the humidity and acidity of pasta products by the laboratory assistant of the production shop Baibatyrova M. , and themselves took part in the assessment of the quality of pasta products.
