Trade union

The public association “Local trade union of workers” NJSC West Kazakhstan Agrarian and Technical University named after Zhangir Khan was created by the decision of the meeting of founders dated September 18, 2018 on a voluntary basis of the university employees.

The goals of the association are to represent and protect the labor, as well as socio-economic rights of its members, to protect and improve their working conditions.

The subject of the association’s activities is the representation and protection of the rights and interests of its members in all state and public organizations; negotiating with the administration and concluding collective agreements; filing claims with the judiciary to protect the labor and socio-economic rights of its members; providing legal and advisory assistance to its members; consideration of individual labor disputes and participation in the resolution of collective disputes in accordance with the law.

The Association exercises its rights and obligations, activities through management bodies within the powers provided by the Charter and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
