The purpose of the project / program: Improving the technology of planting seedlings of forest and fruit crops through the development of a universal planting complex with an automated control system to provide seedlings with nutrients in the short and long term.
1. Development of the technological process of the universal landing complex.
2. Development and justification of the parameters of a universal active working body for creating a landing place (trench) under the seedlings.
3. Virtual simulation of the operation of a three-dimensional model of a universal active working organ to optimize the parameters of the working organ, I minimize research costs.
4. Creation and field testing of an experimental model of a universal active working organ.
5. Development and justification of the parameters of the distributor of organic and mineral fertilizers.
6. Integration of the distributor of organic and mineral fertilizers into the base of the universal planting complex.
7. Layout of the universal landing complex.
8. Commissioning.
9. Field testing of the universal landing complex.
10. Research on the quality of planting seedlings and the degree of survival.
11. Assessment of the economic efficiency of the developed technical means.
12. Preparation of technical documentation for the commercialization of the production of a universal planting complex for garden and forest crops with an automated fertilizer application system for short- and long-term feeding of the root system of seedlings.
The developed universal planting complex will create the necessary planting space for different varieties and types of seedlings, and dose the necessary amount of fertilizers to the location of their root system. Mineral fertilizers will promote the survival and activation of seedlings, and organic fertilizers will ensure the availability of nutrients during growth and fruiting (short-term and long-term feeding of seedlings). New knowledge and developed scientific and methodological foundations obtained during the creation of a universal planting complex of garden and forest crops with an automated fertilizer application system will be used for the further development of agricultural science, and will also become an incentive for the development of agricultural engineering and agricultural production in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
