Zhangir Khan University, together with Aknazar-Zhaiyk LLP, organized a seminar on the commercialization project “Cultivation of high-protein fodder crops for irrigation in the dry-steppe zone of the West Kazakhstan region”.
Farmers, entrepreneurs of our region and scientists took part in this event, which unites science and production. The first welcoming speech was delivered by the Vice-rector for Science of the University, Alzhan Shamshidin, who spoke about the significance and prospects of the project, and also emphasized the relevance of integrating science with production. Berik Sitkaziev, Deputy Head of the regional Department of Agriculture, called on entrepreneurs to support such grant projects, and Sagira Atakbilieva, Managing Director of Ak Kainar JSC, shared the results of the project.
The presentation of the project was conducted by Gulshat Ayesheva, a leading specialist of the Office of Technology Commercialization and Business Incubation at WKATU. During the seminar, the participants visited the production sites, exchanged experiences and got acquainted with the practical aspects of the project.
