The Zhangir KHAN University hosted a festive event called «Let’s Give Flowers to a Woman.»
At a solemn meeting dedicated to the women of the university, the Chairman of the Board and Rector of the university, Askar Nemetov, congratulated the girls and women of the university on their holiday and noted that their contribution to the prosperity of the university, the development of its scientific potential, and the advancement of education and science is significant.
During the event, women who have contributed to the development of the university and the training of highly qualified specialists were awarded. Associate Professor Sholpan Makhmudova, a Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Aigul Yesenamanova, Director of the Parasat Information and Educational Center, was awarded the Best Manager in Higher Education Badge by the Association of Universities. In addition, a number of academic staff members received letters of appreciation from the regional and city akims, letters of appreciation from the university rector, and certificates of honor.
The gala event continued with a concert program.
