Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan Niyazkhodzhaev Saidikram visited West Kazakhstan Agrarian Technical University named after Zhangir Khan.
The guest, who specially arrived at one of the leading multidisciplinary educational institutions of the country of agro-technical and economic profile, was met by the chairman of the board-rector NametovAskar .
Having provided hospitality to the Ambassador of Uzbekistan, the head of the university offered to get acquainted with the life of the educational institution. The working group led by the ambassador, which was initially at the “Research Institute”, visited the Student Service Center, the Museum named after Zhangir Khan, the coworking center, and the department of international relations.
Saidikram Parkhatovich also met with students from Uzbekistan studying at WKATU. Having familiarized himself with the state of foreign youth, the Ambassador of Uzbekistan advised them not to forget that their main goal is to get an education. During the meeting, students asked the guest their questions.
At the end of the visit, Saidikram Niyazkhodzhaev presented a memorable gift to the rector of the university Askar Myrzakhmetovich.
Recall that more than 100 young people are currently studying at the Zhangir Khan WKATU. Some of the students who arrived at the West Kazakhstan university from Uzbekistan intend to continue their studies in the magistracy.
One of them is Alina Gumarova:
– I am a 1st year student in the specialty “Oil and Gas Business”. I was advised to study at this educational institution. I do not regret my choice. All conditions for students have been created here. I have plans to study for a magistracy, and then work, – the student shared.
And our compatriot Gulmira Akhmedova came to Uralsk from Tashkent.
– I am studying in the field of economics. Since we are the first students to study in Uralsk, we are provided with many benefits. University lecturers also warmly welcomed us, there were more friends. I live in a dormitory now. Later, I want to continue my studies at the magistracy at the university. I think after graduation I will stay in Kazakhstan. My parents live in Uzbekistan, but they are not against my decision, ”Gulmira said.
