Zhangir Khan University students Sagir Dzhusupov and Damir Muratkhan demonstrated a high level of knowledge at the republican competition.
From November 11 to 13, the final stages of the republican contest of student papers and research in the field of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech and digital solutions for the financial sector, organized by the Association of Banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan, were held in Almaty and Astana. Sagir Dzhusupov and Damir Muratkan (4th year, IS-22-02 group) took part in this event from WKATU under the guidance of Lunara Diarova, senior lecturer at the Institute of Digital Economy and Sustainable Development, presenting their project entitled “Smart Savings – an intelligent automated savings system”.
The 22 teams that presented their projects from universities from all over the country in the final competition in Astana, the Zhangir Khan University team stood out with its performance and won an internship for 2026 from Otbasy Bank JSC.
