Students learned to veterinary and sanitary expertise

BC – 51 group students of the Institute “Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry” in order to improve practical skills, take classes in the laboratory of veterinary sanitary examination on the discipline “Technology of meat and dairy products, sanitation and VSS”.

During the practical training, the instructors made a veterinary sanitary examination (butter, curd products). Also, senior teacher of the higher school “Veterinary and Biological Safety” Zuhra Aitpaeva taught organoleptic studies of butter, cottage cheese in laboratory conditions, as well as the determination of the main physico-chemical indicators.

The students got acquainted with the basic rules of examination of dairy products in the market conditions and mastered the tools used in determining their qualitative indicators. In addition, future specialists learned to conduct veterinary sanitary evaluation of food products.
