The Higher School «Technology of Food and Processing Industries» has established cooperation with the «Айбек» in Aktobe.
«Айбек» is the only meat processing plant in the region with a completed cluster cycle for slaughter, storage and processing of meat of all types of livestock, further production of sausages and natural canned goods of high quality. There are three production workshops on the territory of the meat processing plant (slaughter and meat processing workshop, sausage workshop and a line for the production of canned meat stews) and a store for the sale of meat products.
The students were able to gain practical skills in their future specialty, having fully familiarized themselves with the production process – from raw materials to finished products.
