November 3, a presentation of the Program for attracting and developing talented youth in the group of companies of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna”, called “Zhas Orken”, was held. The presentation in the form of a direct dialogue with the audience was conducted by the project coordinator Aktileuova Assel and the project specialist Rashidova Dildora.
The purpose of the program is to select and develop young talents who can become strong potential candidates for the positions of top managers in the companies of the Fund Group. This is a unique program that provides an opportunity for university graduates accepted into it to work under the mentorship of top managers, to be trained in hard and soft skills, to receive wages for the period of rotation, as well as payment for travel to the place of rotation and accommodation. The program, in case of its successful completion, assumes subsequent employment.
