For the students of Zhangir Khan University, the TPR-31 group of the Higher School “Technologies of Food and Processing Industries” and the TPR-41,42,43 group presented the work of the mill of the production enterprise “Beles-Agro” LLP.
The guys, together with the senior lecturer of the Higher School, PhD doctor G.Umirzakova, got acquainted with the general structure of the enterprise’s production. And the chief technologist of N.Aitkulov LLP demonstrated the principle of operation of the Buhler line of the grain and flour milling department, noted the technological processes from the acceptance of raw materials to the receipt of finished products.
