Before the start of the tour, the trainees were given an initial safety briefing by the head of the department. In production, the head of the mill Gubashev N.T. introduced the students to the main activities of the enterprise, the structure of the holding, the production and supply of raw materials, marketing and distribution of the company, product distribution channels, the advantages and disadvantages of various channels for the sale of products, the company’s strategy.
