Students of the TPR-43 group of the higher school “Technologies of Food and processing Industries” conducted practice-oriented classes in the disciplines “Technology of pasta production”, “Special technology of processing industries” in the agro-industrial complex of Akkaynar JSC.
The head of the mill N.Gubashev familiarized with the general structure of production, and the technologist N.Ilyas explained the principle of operation of the control panel of the grain cleaning and milling departments, technological processes.
In addition, the head of the pasta production shop N. Samigullaev demonstrated the principle of operation of the «Pavan» line for the production of pasta products. He told the students about how products go their way from receiving raw materials to receiving the finished product. And also introduced the guys to the laboratory that evaluates the quality of pasta products.
