Senior teacher of the higher school “Veterinary and Biological Safety” Zuhra Aitpaeva at a laboratory lesson on “Studying the meat of sick and healthy animals” taught students to determine meat corruption, conduct quality reactions (peroxidase, formol) to receive it from sick or healthy animals and to carry out a sanitary evaluation of the meat after passing a full examination. Future veterinary doctors have mastered methods of veterinary sanitary examination of healthy and sick meat in laboratory conditions.
