On April 22, a new «Civil defense auditorium» was opened at the Polytechnic institute.
The event was attended by vice-rector for educational and social work Akylbek Sultanov, specialists from the Department of emergency situations of the WKR, teachers and students of the institute.
Vice-rector Akylbek Uzakbayevich noted that the «Сivil defense auditorium» is being opened as part of a cooperation memorandum concluded between Zhangir Khan university and the department of emergency situations of the WKR.
In turn, the head of the civil defense department of the Department of Emergency Situations of the WKR, Kaidar Tleukhanov, dwelled on the tasks of the industry and spoke about the emergency facts.
During the event, specialists of the department demonstrated methods of providing first aid to the victim.
As noted by representatives of the WKR department of emergency situations, the department will provide methodological assistance to the university and joint activities will be carried out.
