Professor Xinghu Qing of Beijing Forestry University, who arrived at Zhangir Khan University on a working visit, met with young scientists.
These young scientists are graduates of the scientific school of Doctor of Veterinary Sciences, Professor Kaisar Koshaliev. During the meeting, held at the initiative of Professor Kaisar Koshaliev, the young researchers presented their scientific fields and ongoing research projects to the Chinese professor. In turn, the Chinese scholar noted that he works in the field of genetics and expressed interest in the research activities of scientists at Zhangir Khan University, who are engaged in several research areas. He also expressed his willingness to cooperate in the future, to jointly implement large-scale projects, and invited the young scientists to undertake internships at Beijing University.
Overall, Professor Xinghu Qing’s visit aimed to familiarize himself with the experience of scientists from Zhangir Khan University in the domestication of the saiga antelope. As a result, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Zhangir Khan University and Beijing University, marking an important step toward strengthening joint scientific efforts. It is worth noting that scientists of Zhangir Khan University, Kaisar Koshaliev and Vadim Ulyanov, visited China in October 2025 at the invitation of Beijing University.
