In WKAU named after Zhangir Khan on the eve of the Republic Day, a ceremonial event was held with the participation of akim of the region Gali Iskaliyev.
The head of the region got acquainted with the work of the «Youth initiative development center», which continues its work with expanded opportunities, and also saw the concert of young performers of kuis within the framework of the project «Zheti Kazyna», aimed at popularization of national values.
Head of the region Gali Iskaliyev and Chairman of the Board – Rector Askar Nametov made a ceremony, cut the ribbon « Youth initiative development center». The guests met talented and gifted students of our university. Guests also visited the newly opened «Youth Room», room of «Sound engineers», «National musical instruments», makeup room, halls of national and modern dances, studio «Culture and Art» and «Zhangir Khan» sport club.
Next, the head of the region viewed the concert of young performers of kuis «Kui – tektlik tereni», held in the direction of «Uly dala gazhaiptary» of the project «Zheti kazyna». In his speech Gali Nazhmedenovich gave a positive assessment of the work carried out within the university to develop youth initiatives and congratulated teachers and students on the coming Day of the Republic.
Within the framework of the project «Zheti Kazyna» in the competition of young performers of kuis competitors took part from five institutes, which competed in the mastery of individual and group performance.
