More than 1000 people, including professors, students and employees of Zhangir Khan University, took part in the cleanup. They cleared the territory of the university, and also removed the garbage along the Saratov highway, Aitkulov and Zhangir khan streets.
In addition, 550 apple, chestnut, maple and oak seedlings were planted in the courtyard of the university. Three units of equipment of the university were used, which removed about 30 tons of garbage.
For the third week in a row, the university staff has been contributing to the citywide clean-up work and will continue this campaign in the future.
