Yesterday, students of the BMU-31 group of the specialty “Management” of our university visited the Ural sewing factory “Diana”.
The lesson on the study of a practice-oriented production process in the discipline “Production Management” was organized by associate professor B. M. Khusainov. The head of the garment factory, Asylkhan Orynbekov, fully demonstrated the production process to the students. Including management functions, planning functions, organization, stimulation and control.
The company employs 34 seamstresses, 1 shop foreman and 3 foremen. Seamstresses go through all the elements of the production process when performing tasks of 3 foremen. During the practical meeting, the workshop master G. Musina explained the stages of sewing workwear.
The head of the practice-oriented lesson noted that the process of practice in production is of great importance for future managers.
