Participation agreement

You are given the opportunity to ask a question by filling out the form with the necessary fields:

• Your name (Author of the question)
• Your personal email
• The subject of your question
• Question text

Questions are not considered:

• Anonymous, except in certain cases
• Containing obscene expressions
• Containing unreadable text and incomprehensible abbreviations
• Indicating on a problem that is not within the competence of the person to whom the question is addressed

The appeal can be moderated according to ethical standards and spelling rules, and only after that it will be  published.

From the text of the treatment may be omitted information abusive, defamatory and other information that harm the honor, dignity and business reputation, or used defamations for the purposes.

As a rule, the moderation of the appeal and the preparation of even interim responses to it takes some time. In this connection, repeated (duplicate) requests or requests clarifying the reason for not posting previously submitted requests or the status of their current moderation may not be published

Claims are not accepted on the terms of response to appeals that require prompt resolution (urgent issues), in particular, received off hours
