A professional development course entitled “Methodological Foundations of Inclusive Teaching in Higher Education” is being conducted at Zhangir Khan University.
The course is organized by the Department of Distance and Continuing Education. The course instructor is O. Erniyazov, a senior lecturer and psychologist of the Social and Psychological Support and Inclusive Education Service. During the training process, modern teaching methods as well as group and pair work are used. Participants focus on improving the psychological climate in student groups, enhancing self-confidence, preventing stress, and paying attention to psychological well-being.
