Objects of research, development or design: The development and justification of the parameters of a rotary plow for smooth plowing is the main object of research.
The purpose of the project / program: To develop and justify the design parameters and operating modes of a rotary plow for smooth plowing in order to increase the efficiency of tillage in modern conditions of Kazakhstan.
1. Justification of the economic efficiency of smooth plowing during basic tillage;
2. Justification of the technological scheme of the rotary plow for smooth plowing;
3. Development of the frame design and working bodies of the rotary plow;
4. Study of the influence of design parameters and operating modes of the rotary plow on the quality of tillage;
5. Study of the influence of the plow operating modes on the performance of the unit;
6. Creation of a prototype of a rotary plow with rotary working bodies equipped with symmetrical diamond-shaped dumps;
7. Comparative experimental verification of the operation of serial and rotary plows during basic tillage;
8. Economic evaluation of the efficiency of the rotary plow;
9. Analysis of the cost of production and implementation of a new rotary plow for smooth plowing;
10. Preparation of technical documentation for further commercialization of rotary plow production with symmetrical diamond-shaped dumps for smooth plowing.
The results obtained will allow us to expand the theoretical and practical aspects of studying the theory and design of tillage machines.
Scope and target consumers of expected results. All individuals and organizations involved in agricultural engineering will be interested in these studies, incl. scientists, graduate students, doctoral students and teachers.
The influence of the expected results on the development of the main scientific direction and related areas of science and technology. Currently, insufficient attention is paid to smooth plowing due to the lack of tillage machines. The results obtained will complement the scientific position on agriculture and agricultural mechanics.
Applicability and possibility of commercialization of the obtained scientific results. Conducting this study will not only provide answers to the effectiveness of smooth plowing, but will also allow the development of scientific recommendations for the development of soil-cultivating machines and will give impetus to further research.
Social, economic, environmental, scientific, technical, multiplicative and (or) other effect of the project results with justification. The implementation of this project is of great national economic importance; it will significantly enrich the scientific, practical and theoretical base on plowshare plows, give impetus to the development of other projects in this area, and stimulate the work of young scientists and specialists in the field of designing rotary plows.
As a result of the work done, the following results will be obtained:
● Development of the design of the frame and rotating mechanism of the plow; and determination of rational parameters of a rotary plow;
● Development of the design of a stand, a shoe with field boards and a symmetrical diamond-shaped blade;
● Selection of rational parameters and operating modes of the rotary plow for smooth plowing in accordance with agrotechnical requirements with the lowest energy consumption;
● Development of technical specifications, scientific, technical and design documentation for a prototype rotary plow with symmetrical diamond-shaped moldboards for the subsequent commercialization of smooth plowing during basic soil cultivation;
● Studying the influence of smooth plowing on the quality of tillage, increasing the productivity of the unit and reducing specific energy consumption;
● Studying the analysis of the efficiency of smooth plowing with a rotary plow;
● Introduction of a prototype rotary plow into agriculture and agricultural engineering;
● Registration of a patent at the National Institute of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
