YOUTH INITIATIVE DEVELOPMENT CENTER

Purpose: To ensure the development of the personality of a competitive specialist with high culture, intelligence, social activity and moral qualities of a citizen – a patriot of the country, to involve employees and students in strengthening the values ​​of Kazakhstani identity and unity, spiritual and moral values ​​with the national patriotic idea “Mangilik el”.

Objective 1. Formation and development of Kazakhstani patriotism among the staff and students of the university.

Objective 2. Development and support of student initiatives, attracting students to the public, cultural, mass and sports-labor life of the university.

Objective 3. Providing social support for employees and students.

MAIN FUNCTIONS OF THE YOUTH INITIATIVE DEVELOPMENT CENTER:

• implementation of educational work in accordance with the regulatory legal acts and administrative documents of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international and republican quality standards, the University Charter;
• development, approval of concepts, plans, documents for the educational process, control over their implementation;
• consideration of reports of deputy directors for HR, advisers of academic groups on the state of the organization of educational work, measures to improve it and the implementation of the planned activities for HR;
• implementation of quality checks of plans and reports on VR of institutes, student public organizations of the university, their actual implementation;
• planning and organizing the work of the VR Council, the Council for the Prevention of Offenses and the Fight against Corruption;
• assistance in creating favorable conditions for individual development and spiritual and moral formation of the student’s personality;
• improving the organization of educational work and promoting healthy lifestyles at the university.
