The purpose of the consortium is to strengthen existing ties and promote the creation of new innovative partnerships between universities in the USA and Kazakhstan.
Interaction plays a key role in this regard, therefore, much attention was paid at the meeting to the replacement of corresponding teachers, since their mission is to help students and teachers of universities belonging to the consortium learn english, russian and kazakh languages.
«One of the main reasons hindering cooperation and study is ignorance of the English language», Joel Erickson said during the meeting. He also noted that the creation of an innovative community capable of communicating in a common language is one of the most important tasks on the path of cooperation.
