QS Asia – the regional rating of Asian countries, compiled by Quacquarelli Symonds, is the largest to date.
QS Asia 2023 includes the best Asian 760 universities from many universities in Asia (China, India, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Korea, Central Asia).
The Zhangir Khan University participates in the QS Asia ranking for the first time and took 451-500 place in it, and is also on the 23rd place in the “QS Asia University Rankings 2023: Central Asia”.
The key indicators used to compile the rating include academic reputation and the reputation of employers, the ratio of the number of teachers and students, the number of publications per teacher. Also, the rating compilers take into account the number of citations of the university, the share of foreign teachers and foreign students, the share of teachers with an academic degree, international scientific relations.
In the QS Asia 2023 ranking, Zhangir Khan University showed high indicators of academic reputation, reputation among employers, academic exchange and the ratio of teachers and students.
