Student administration is a form of student self-government and is created in order to ensure the protection of the rights of students in the management of the educational process, solving the issues of life of students, development of their social and creative activity, use and implementation of social initiatives.
The purpose and tasks of student administration:
ensuring the fulfillment of students’ rights in the management of higher education, social protection of students and assistance in their social adaptation;
developing students’ self-management skills, preparing them to participate in a competent and responsible society;
building students’ civic culture, active citizenship, promoting their social maturity, autonomy, self-organization and self-development;
assistance in improving students’ personal and professional qualities;
direct participation of students in youth policy.
The general management of the work of the Committee on Youth Affairs of the University is carried out by the Chairman.

Sectors of the Committee on Youth Affairs of the University:
the educational sector (student dean’s office) is engaged in the study and analysis of the educational process, regulation in the event of conflict situations between a teacher and a student, organizes trainings, seminars on topical problems of the educational process;
the research sector contributes to the disclosure of the research potential of university students, popularization of research work;
the sports and health sector is responsible for organizing sports events, promoting sports and a healthy lifestyle, and facilitating the participation of students in sports events;
the cultural sector organizes cultural events at the institute, in the students’ houses, initiates and supervises amateur activities among students;
the volunteer sector is engaged in volunteering, informing students about various international, republican, regional and city programs and projects implemented at the university;
the labor sector organizes work on compliance with hygienic standards, maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic content of educational buildings, Student Houses, campus territory, landscaping and maintenance of green spaces;
the creative sector is engaged in advertising, production of videos, photographs, development and implementation of student projects, initiatives, solutions to their aesthetic configuration and graphic design solutions.
Student government is not only focused on the work of students in the management of the higher education institution, but is also engaged in the organization of everyday life. For this purpose, meetings of the committee on youth affairs of the university are often held on the state of student environment, discussion of planning and carrying out of events in institutes, student houses.
